AddonsNext1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and AddonsNext Studio (“AddonsNext,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our websites, browser extensions, subscriptions, and related support services (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting the website, installing or using an AddonsNext extension, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a product or subscription, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Product-specific notices shown in an extension, Chrome Web Store listing, or checkout may supplement these Terms. A product-specific notice controls only to the extent it expressly addresses a feature, price, or requirement unique to that product.
2. The Services
AddonsNext provides focused browser extensions for workflows such as authorized ecommerce operations, creative production, media or comment exports, conversation backups, and social-account management. Each extension is a separate software product and may have different permissions, features, plan limits, dependencies, and system requirements.
The Services act only on the instructions and selections you provide. You are responsible for reviewing settings, selections, generated files, exports, and other outputs before using, publishing, sending, deleting, or relying on them. You must maintain appropriate backups of important data.
3. Eligibility, accounts, and security
You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use a Service for a business or other organization, you must be authorized to do so. You agree to provide accurate, current information, keep access to your browser profile and account secure, and promptly notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account or browser profile unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security measures. You may not share or resell account or license access unless a plan expressly permits it.
4. Trials, purchases, subscriptions, and payment
4.1 Plans and prices
Available features, trial allowances, prices, currencies, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are shown on the relevant product page, inside the extension, or at checkout before purchase. Plans and prices may differ between extensions. Unless stated otherwise, taxes are not included in the displayed base price.
4.2 Recurring subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method you supply at the displayed interval until you cancel. The billing interval and amount will be disclosed before purchase. If a subscription price changes, the new price will apply only after any notice required by law and no earlier than a future renewal.
4.3 Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. AddonsNext does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize the payment provider to process the displayed amount, applicable taxes, refunds, and payment-status information.
4.4 Cancellation and trials
You may cancel future renewals through the subscription controls made available with the applicable product or by emailing [email protected] from the account email and identifying the extension. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid access continues until then.
A trial that does not require a payment method ends without charge. If checkout states that a trial converts to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the displayed deadline to avoid the first charge. Refund eligibility and additional cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and are subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and only with systems, accounts, content, and data you are authorized to access. You must not:
- violate applicable law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual restrictions;
- access, collect, export, generate, distribute, modify, or exploit content or data without required authorization;
- bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, purchase limits, paywalls, technical protections, or service restrictions;
- use the Services for spam, harassment, fraud, deceptive activity, unauthorized surveillance, or unlawful account manipulation;
- interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, overload the Services, or attempt unauthorized reverse engineering except where law expressly permits it;
- resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services without written permission; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with AddonsNext or any supported third-party platform.
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, obtaining necessary permissions or consents, and confirming that your use complies with third-party rules. We may apply reasonable technical limits and suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations.
6. Third-party platforms and stores
Extensions may interact with ecommerce platforms, design tools, social networks, communication services, browser stores, and payment providers. AddonsNext is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by those third parties unless expressly stated. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Your relationship with a third party is governed by that party’s terms and privacy policy. We do not control third-party availability, interfaces, data, moderation decisions, accounts, or policy changes. A third-party update or enforcement decision may limit or interrupt an extension feature, and we do not guarantee continuing compatibility.
7. Your data and content
You retain ownership of content and data you lawfully provide or process. You grant AddonsNext a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content and data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for that processing.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card numbers, or information that is unnecessary for the requested workflow.
8. AddonsNext intellectual property and feedback
The Services, software, branding, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by AddonsNext or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own internal purposes.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it to improve or develop products without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
9. Updates, availability, and service changes
We may update, add, change, or discontinue features to improve security, compliance, compatibility, performance, or product quality. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Browser updates and third-party platform changes may require us to modify or discontinue a feature.
If we discontinue a paid Service before the end of a prepaid period for reasons unrelated to your breach, we may provide a reasonable replacement, service credit, or pro-rated refund for the affected unused period, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, harm users or third parties, or if suspension is required by law or a platform dependency. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
You may stop using a Service and uninstall an extension at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled under Section 4. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. We do not guarantee that a third-party page, interface, account, or data source will remain available or compatible.
AddonsNext does not provide legal, tax, financial, employment, or platform-compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether a workflow and its results are appropriate for your circumstances.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddonsNext will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an affected Service will not exceed the amount you paid AddonsNext for that Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Services or our legal obligations change. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance except where law requires another form of consent.
14. Governing rules
Applicable law, jurisdiction, and dispute rules are determined by the AddonsNext entity identified on your receipt or checkout record, together with any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
